Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners & Fees: Shipping within India is included in the price of the product and will not be charged extra unless the third party shipping company decides to do so. We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through FedEx surface mode or air for your delivery.

Cash On Delivery:  COD is available for orders in select locations - the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out. In case if COD features do not appear in the checkout page then the chances are that it is either not serviced by the shipping partner or not available.

Shipping within India: All our products have customizable features and are made to order, for this reason we take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the order to ship the items. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

COVID IMPACT: We are shipping pan-India and aim to get your orders delivered within 5-7 working days. However, services may be affected in some parts of the country, resulting in a delay. Please bear with us during this time.

International Shipping:

We ship to most countries outside India, particularly in the USA, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

  • For international shipments, the shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customer. There may be handling charges as well, since our products must go through airport clearance in India.
  • These costs depend on the weight of the consignment as well as the country/zone of delivery; they will be indicated on the Checkout screen when you're completing the order on www.littlehelio.com.
  • If you are placing an international order, please provide proper import documents required in the country of delivery. You will also be solely responsible for getting clearance in case the consignment is stopped by customs authorities in the country of delivery.
  • Owing to numerous variables including prerequisites of each country and the import clearance documents provided by the customer, we are unable to estimate the time of delivery of products for international shipments.
