All amended terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website and any subsequent use of the site shall be governed by such amended terms. Limited Liability of Little Helio/ Cascade Helio Thermics Ltd: The User understands that usage of the Website is at the sole discretion and risk of the User. Little Helio reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use. Notwithstanding the effort placed on maintaining the availability and accessibility of the Website. Little Helio takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for the Website being temporarily unavailable or inaccessible.

Warranty: The information contained on the Website is provided by Little Helio only and not its dealers, agents and resellers. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of product once only (excluding any sort of commute or tax expenses).  Warranties relating to manufacturing defects shall be claimed within 24 hours of receiving the product only. Warranties shall not be serviced for cause of colour or dimensional misunderstandings. All products contain clear image of representation and dimensions along with the description, on placing an order it is agreed that the viewer accepts the colour and dimensions before the purchase. Warranties relating to damages caused during transport of goods shall be covered by insurance provider only and will be processed by Little Helio.

Indemnification of Little Helio: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Little Helio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or the software supporting/enabling the Website and reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from Your use of this Website or the software supporting/enabling  the Website.

Should Little Helio reduce it’s price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price.
